we're only almost 10 days in to the new year and i'm finally getting around to thinking of my resolutions for the year. i've only come up with a few. i'm sure i'll add more as the month goes on. let's get started with the one just about every one has on their list!
lose weight/eat healthy/exercise
i've set mini goal for myself for the month of january and that is to lose 7 lbs. i'm down 2, only 5 more to go! =D i have a number i'd like to lose for the entire year, it's 50lbs. it seems like a high number, but i'm pretty confident it can be done. I just have to really DO what needs to be done to lose it. eat less junk, drink lots of water and exercise.
less soda... more water
i have to admit that i hardly ever drink water. but i never stop drinking those sodas. i can drink up to 2 cans at a meal!! how ridiculous is that??? omg. i started doing the more water thing this weekend and i'm happy to announce that my pee is clear! now i just have to keep it that way all year long! also? my kidneys hurt. i NEED to drink more water.
get rid of toxic people
needs no explanation, really. if they're bad for me, they have no place in my life. i can't keep making excuses for certain people to justify having them in my life if they keep acting like complete morons. i'm done, son.
save more/spend less
i've actually been doing this for a few weeks now. i put myself on a "makeup diet" i haven't really bought myself any makeup in weeks. i miss it so much, but i was spending so much money on cosmetics a few months ago it was ridiculous. now i just need to work on saving more. i'd like to go on a REAL mother effin vacation this year that doesn't involve any Texas beaches. ya know? so yeah, save! save! save!
